Last minute shot taken in single digit temperatures. Used Picasa for all post editing except for sizing, I figure what the hell give it a shot! Cropped, adj color temperature, add glow, soft focus on edges and did a slight fade to B&W.

"Midwinter moonlight on the farm" is nice entry into the Country Life challenge. The photo gives off a cold or eerie fell but is still very attractive.

The image has very nice overall composition, the moon gives off an wonderful glow. I really like the reflection on the snow, that really makes the sky look even more amazing. Also I like how small the house is compared to the rest of the world (or what was included in the shot). I am not a big fan of noise, but everyone opinion and ideas are very different. Overall this is a nice image.

I think you should have left the moon out and remove some of the noise

Shot is a bit noisy and has soft focus, imo.

This might have come out sharper if you used a narrower apeture setting and longer exposure.

too much shadowing on the edges

sky seems a little grainy .. and it would have been great it you could see the whole house ...
