I'd prefer this 100% b&w or 100% color. I like the photo, but not the selective desat. |

Beautiful photo. I love the selective desaturation job that you have done on this one, the subtle colours work really well. Nice composition and interesting subject. 10 |

Great take on this and love how they all seem to be interacting with the photographer. I'm just not sure if the desat really adds to it. |

ack, a beautiful picture tainted by that cheesy selective desaturation effect. |

beautiful, really can't fault this picture, the compassionate desaturation, the depth of field and the composition are spot on. |

The concept is interesting, but the image is not realistic: the people look too happy for such back breatking work. I like the black and white. |

This is a wonderful photo! What I love so much about this is how happy those laborers look. I think of all the times I've whined and complained sitting behind my desk in my air conditioned office. . yet, these women look so full of life. This is just awesome!! |

Enjoy the subtlety you used to bring out the worker in the front. Fits the challenge well. |

This is a very nice depiction, but I'd have preferred the whole thing in color, or at least all the people in color. Still, good response to the challenge. |

I wonder why you choose to keep color in only one of the women. |

I like the selective desaturation, but I think I would have kept the people in the back in color, just like the woman. I would also place her right in the middle. The way it is now, my eye gravitated towards the blurry people because they are smiling. |

Nice shot though I don't understand your use of selective desat in this context... Great soft focus.
