it's a nice photo but i would have taken off the bracelets. also the sword kind of gives me a feeling of self-justice => vengeance => NOT a virtue. i like the fact that you used a white sheet it makes it pure, but i think the tassles are a bit heavy, though i guess you work with what you have eh? altough i DO like that they are at equal lengths => balance. but yea the sword i dont think it works. i think you could have used the balance from peete's "perfectly balanced" photo and have her hold it towards the camera or something but all while being straight and forward as she is now, in this pose. i like the fact that you added the white piece for "justice is blind" it delicate yet enough to make the point. i like the hair, adds purity like the white sheet.
the sword is really what bothers me.
nevertheless i do predict youll score nicely seeing as the other photos arent that great and arent that original either. even though theres the sword here, the composition is very good. |

Same shot I was trying to do...it's a little hard to see justice without the scales. |

Composition: 6 - I feel like she's leaning to the right a bit. Must be that blindfold! ;-)
Technical: 8
Creativity: 9
Appeal: 5 - Would have more appeal if it were full framed (show whole body)
Challenge: 9
Overall Score: 7 - (weighted - NOT a calculated average)
Great job!

an excellent job in creating a crisp shot that has wonderful color and the black background is perfect - a tiny quibble might be that her blindfold cover her eyebrow |

Nicely done. Good, crisp clean background and well focused image. The "curtain-like" tie around the waist seems a bit large for her, but thats just me. 9 |

Great lighting, I also like the costume. It would be even better if the mask would cover the dark eyebrow. |

Don't see much way to improve on this. Maybe, let us see the whole sword. Also, maybe, tie the belt so that the tassles are at differnt heights. At any rate, well done! The lighting is great. 10. |

blindfold should be tighter, and should cover her eyebrow. white toga is a bit baggy and looks frumpy, especially on the left-side of the image where it juts out. wristbands/bracelets are distracting.
interesting idea. |
