A creative idea, and definitely conveys a message. I feel this is only peripherally connected to the theme, though, since there's no real emphasis on the way a transparent object affects light. |

i see the transparency but it plays only a side role here. a bit overexposured in the background. but i like the statement of this photo (together with the title). |

Please use a polorizing filter if possible (I am going out to buy one very soon), it will help with the lights reflecting in the glass. Poor babies, did you order one? Was it tasty? (I know it would have been EXPENSIVE) Photo 8 Transparency 7 total 7 swash |

ouch. true title. i know how difficult aquarium shots are, this one is pretty good for that. i'm assuming that you couldn't get the whole lobster (or whatever crustation i'm looking at here) in the shot in the foreground. you met the challenge, although i would've liked to have seen more along the lines of distortion and/or color, but i realize that's my interpretation of the challenge. Rarely can I truthfully say ROFLMAO... This time I can... My wife says it would work well for this weeks "Fear", but only if you're a crustacean.... Technical could have been better, but the humor gets points from me :) |

The transparent aspect of this photo is weak.. I know that it was shot through the glass of the tank though... I would like to have seen a stronger interpretation of the challenge... = 3 - jmsetzler |
