 I realize this was dark, was going for a subtle contrast between the dark blue and the shadow.....should had entered the other one.

It's a great idea for a shadow shot & a nice title. I just wish the blue were a bit brighter so it was easier to see the shadow.

everyone always complains about my photos being too dark sometimes when I do a black silhouette. I usually disagree because I calibrate my monitor and check it out on others sometimes. But this is too dark to convey a cool subject...

It was so hard for me to see any detail at all. Only on second look did I realize it wasn't all black. Bumping up.

this is a great shadow silouette but it gets lost in the blue background. there needs to be more contrast to bring out the form of the musician.
