Hi, Soni, you know, I can see where people might not get the "your shadow" thing here and might think it doesn't meet the challenge - but, 44 fours, 35 threes, 21 twos, and 31 ones, that's just plain ridiculous. |

Somehow, I missed this when I was voting, but as beautiful as this is I would have had a reeeeeealllly hard time giving it a low score! What a beautiful photo!

Positively stunning.
Such a magnificent visage of the beauty of the sky and land!
I love how it there is just a little strip of light near the background of the photo and it makes it look kind of like the dark part of the road is leading into the light.
Excellent! |

Very nice! Clear picture. Im not a proper photocritic (obviously), however, just watching some picture gives me a certain feeling, and this picture does just that. I like it! |

Beautiful shot. I love the dynamic swing to the road/landscape, the sense of travelling. I love the colour scheme (grey/tan and blue with bits of yellow and white). I love the pattern of shadows and light!
I hope you do well. The image will likely score much lower than it deserves because of people's interpretation of the challenge topic. You should have entered it to "Roads"! :)

Well, I probably rated this one way to high considering it isn't "your shadow" (you aren't a cloud are you?) and I don't like tilted cameras. However I gave it my highest score because it's beautiful. Keep up the good work and I hope this doesn't win. |

The idea was to takke your shadow, not something else's shadow. |

Hmmm...nice pic, but i am asking myself one question - is this a creative approach to the challenge or are you trying to circumvent the descrpition? Was your effort put into meeting the challenge or trying to work around it? Since I don't see your shadow, you failed to capture it. Does that make you a lousy photographer, the inability to capture a simple subject? Or are you having troubles following simple rules? Hmmm...not so simple, but then it is. |

The horizon is a wee bit tilted, and I can't see evidence of the photographer's shadow, whihc I think is what this challenge is about. |

Problem with this.. unbelievably nice photo.. is that it isn't *your* shadow. Which the challenge called for. (and which I know darned well people are going to stick to). Great photo + DNMC = an unfortunately low score.
Still.. fascinating angle. |
