composition is really nice ; but there seems to be areas of focus and blur; digitization a times perhaps the jeans and not the best for black and white? just too grey? just a thought.

I think this is nice but I seem to prefer your outtake. There's a bit of artifacting around your right hand. Is that due to compression? Great work as always ;)

Very cool shot! Dig the concept. Nice clean, solid composition. I like it, even though that pose, the way you're sitting hurts me just to look at it :-)

Great composition and posing. I can't imagine trying to do a shadow shot in a studio with good even lighting on the background...

Nice take on the challenge. Perfect choice for b&w, as shadows are usually gray, and to try to make them stand out you have to eliminate the color from the rest of the image. The only negative is the pose - looks terribly uncomfortable and in my opinion is not in a perfect harmony with your title.
Still love it, bumping up to 8.
