I ran this through Neat Image once to get rid of the noise (what a great program!) adjusted the contrast, a little levels, might have adjusted the saturation but Im not sure. and ran it through neat image again. And thats it.

Seems like interesting clouds. But image suffers from overall fuzziness, some sharp element in the image would help.

Anything this is, it's quite out of focus. The shades are nice but the subject seems a bit conceptless. The subject you choose could be implemented with smoke lightened with blue, it's easier to get a sharp shot by manual focus or by focusing to a solid object first, which is removed for the shot.
