good concept, but I would have use a slightly lower angle and gotten closer to the subject and used and different back ground and some different cropping would have worked. |

Ok so I like cookies! but the image just is not working for me:( I would think maybe putting the bowl on a window sill or getting a tighter shot of the bowl and throwing the background out of focus. Bring a glass of milk into the shot. |

Sorry but there's nothing of interest to look at in this image.. The lighting is too direct the angle of view and framing lack imagination. What were you trying to do with this? |

The best advise I ever got on one of my pictures was to use my imagination next time. I would like to give the same advice to you, you can still use the cookies but don't take just a straight flash shot with the cookies right in the middle and lots of uninteresting space around it. Try something different. Hope this triggers you as it did me (although the remark initially might irritate) |

More attention needs to be drawn to the cookies. Perhaps a closer shot and higher angle to show off the roundness of the cookies more, and the table, and a neutral sheet covering the wall for a less distracting background. |

The idea is good but I have a suggestion. A macro shot and use some colored paper (your choice) as a background. Just trying to be helpful. The cookies look delicious! |

yummmm... cookies! hehehe... I would have liked to have seen a closer shot of this... as it is, it's basically just a bowl sitting in the middle of the table... nothing interesting really about this shot... a different perspective might have been nice, and careful of the flash which seems to have lit the bowl more then the rest of the photo. |

You could have cropped off a lot of this. Or included more of the round table. Either way, as it stands, it's boring. |

your prespective is a little off ( the lines of your panneling are slightly diagnal to the left) you could fix that in croping if you have a program the can rotate a pic. I also would have croped out a little more of the background but that's just me. If you made that choice on purpous that's Ok just curious as to why.
Off for a snack now suddenly I'm hungry....gee I wonder why |

nicely composed shot, but the background causes the yummy looking cookies to get lost. perhaps if it was a closer shot. zoom in on the cookies! :o) |

the table and wall could be a picture for the contrast challenge too |
