| very nice shot! looks like it was photographed through stained glass or something like that. i especially like how the center of the flower is sharp but the rest is blurred and even distorted. good colors as well. |

| I love the softness of this image. You have done a great job of creating a nice example of an 'impressionistic' painting, IMHO. I wonder what this image would look like with just the flower... Would it be possible to drape the background of this one with a dark cloth or something to let the flower really stand out? I originally scored this image with an 8 but after looking more closely, i think it deserves a 10. good shot! = 10 - jmsetzler |

| wow, this is so moody and beautiful. the focus is perfect. I'm very glad the framing is off center. the warping and color added by whatever is between the lens and the flower is fabulous. |

| Is the soft focus caused by the transparent object you shot it through? Otherwise I see no "Transparency" in this picture. |
