 Shot on New Year's Day, very hot day.

I'd seen this rock in front of the island the day before and came back to shoot it again.

F16 at 16mm, I thought the textures shapes here were what made the image.

This is a beautiful scene and capture. It appears to need a bit more postprocessing: levels to up the contrast and light, and a bit of straightening, as the horizon does not align with the edge of my window when scrolled there (though it could be a perspective/bowing issue from a short focal length.)
