Do like the softness subtle shadings of this shot. |

I gave this a very high score but from my short affiliation with this site, you're going to get clobbered for the soft focus from others- to many unless it's knive-edge sharp it's not any good. |

Sorry but I have never been a fan of soft focus low contrast shots and this is no exception, I just simply do not like the outcome. Just figured I owed you an explanation as to why I only gave it a 4. |

like the soft dreamlike effect, but the contrast seems almost too high. my eyes are having trouble focusing on something. I wish the eyes and heart didn't compete so much for my interest. Perhaps I'd like this more if the crop was tighter on one of them. |

Lovely model and composition. Low contrast hazy effect doesn't work for me, sharper and clearer would be better. |

Not very romantic (IMO) and I think the haze is not good. |

Like the soft focus effect and the crop is nice too. |

The softness definitely works, especially given the challenge. Nice composition, model, and shot. More emotion might make the model more engaging. |

I think the soft focus style works in moderation, but here I feel like it's too strong. |
