The guy looks too uncomfortable for this picture to have the impact that it should. The guy probably wouldn't have been so (photographically) over-exposed if the image had been taken from the other end of the couch.

This is a good pic but the boys face looks a little flushed. Like there's too much light on it. I would usually score low for that but you took a great shot. B&W made the pic too. Color wouldn't have expressed the mood/tone. 7

Nice pose and composition. Sorry that foreground is blown out and chairs in background are distracting.

The extreme over-exposure does little here but make this picture feel very much like a "snapshot." The composition is commendable, but the shot is not. Furthermore, it conveys more "idle, waiting for a dance to start," than "romance." Perhaps if the subjects' gazes weren't fixed on us, the "romantic" angle of the photograph would be more believable.
