 Not much wildlife to choose from in the city during the winter.

Minor edits: Choose Red channel, discarded the rest, little level tweak, little boost to contrast and sharpen.

Im surprised with the detail and sharpness of the grass, its spectacular! Also, I like crows.. Definately a plus! This is a wonderful picture, and it belongs in black and white.. Just the mood of it seems best suited in black and white.. Wonderful picture!

I like the composition for the most part, and the tecture of the grass. The braches in the center are a little distracting.

Not having seen the colour version its hard to say that B&W might not have been the best choice for this. But the detail of the bird is lost in the contrast of the grass. It's a damned fine urban composition too.

I do like the contrast of the bird with the city in the back but may have preferred the color shot vice B&W. Like the angle of the composition as well.
