I don't expect much in the way of score, but I really enjoyed playing around with shape and colour, and if you can't do it in a challenge like this when can you!

I cropped some ripples and reflection from a photo, applied zig zag distort and played with hue and saturation, then I added a wave distortion and a border and resized and saved for the web.

I thought he was a landscape artist. Oh well, I consider the shot on it's own merits. The purple border is too distracting for the image. What is the image of, anyway?

This is so very strong..... Great shapes, lines and textures and it looks like it visually moving..... Not sure of the border, as it seems to distract from the image, I think it is the color.

Abstract photos unfortunately haven't been widely accepted here on DPC. This image will unfortunately be one of them. In as much as abstraction is capable of having beauty in itself, most folks don't really lean towards it much. I know as I've submitted a few abstracts. The border is quite distracting as it affects the mood created by the subtle ripples and the blue colors. Good luck and i hope this does well.

Interesting! Comes very close to actual prints. I'd be interested to know how you did this. ;-)

Very original and clean. I love the electronic flow of the image. Great frame.

I'm not all that fond of the border (you'll probably hear this more than once), but it is a creative shot.

This is very nice. My only question is the magenta frame that finds a little resintance in making the image sing. Otherwise, very nice study and nice tribute. Bumping up.
