| Hello Rae-Ann. The use of duotones for this image is effective yet still lacks the Leibovitz touch IMHO. I think BW would have been better. Maggie's eyes, while piercing and quite striking, seems a bit overdone. I think the crop could have been improved on this image as well. Cut off hands and knuckles adds up in terms of what the viewer is looking for. Of course, these are all my opinion, and honest ones at that, so just take it with a grain of salt and keep the good ones and ditch the bad ones ;) |

| Go Rae-Ann, Go Rae-Ann! I thought Anne always had pictures of Yoko in them. This is easily your best photo yet. The eye contact and tonal qualities of your subject's face are par excelent. The only thing I don't like is the tilt. Although it keeps the rolling pin level, it makes the trays in the back look like they should be rolling across the room. 8 |
