I like your framing of this shot - placing the bird well into the corner works well although I would have made the gap below and to the left of the bird more equal.

Pretty. I might adjust curves or layers to really enrich the water color. Maybe have a bit more water in front of the swan.

Great picture! I would have loved to see more of the swan's reflection image, but either way, you still get a 9 in my book.
