| Alex, I'm pretty sure these are elk and the males are called Bulls. I hunt them here in Montana. This is a great shot and very deserving of a blue....great job. |

We built my parents their first computer. My dad is an outdoorsman; so I used this image for his desktop. I tried to explain how to change it if he chose, but he would have none of it. His response was "I'm NEVER going to change it!"

| 7 - Very nice composition, lighting and silhouette(s). Criticism; 'if only' a fraction sharper/more definition, make this even better in my opinion. Minor, but for advanced editing, perhaps cloning out that 'spot' by the right buck's knee. Difficult I imagine to tweak the colors more in this, but the light visible on the side of the middle buck's face 'emphasized' somehow, also may have given this just a little extra. Even though the horizon/land/slope is likely 'natural'/'as is', maybe rotating to get it level may have added a bit more 'drama' to this shot as well, not sure. |

| Ill bet you a buck this ribbons. nice job witht the colors, it must have been tempting to really push the color to sell this, but I think you understated it just enough, The profile of the elk is just wonderfull with a dramatic sense of a leader and his followers. |
