 It's an egg! Probably of a lizard...or something.

It's also a rush job, so I had little chance to be super creative. Had about four different/similar shots and felt this was the best of the bunch.

I missed this challenge but would have probably given it a 6 or 7 I like the contrast myself

the tiny crack in the egg leaves the viewer with questions about the fate of the creature who inhabited it.
