 I am expect this one at right around 4.3

I think it's a fitting entry and has a bleak feeling. However, I think a lot are not going to go for the skewed perspective. We'll see.

The tilted horizon and rather central composition of this image make it rather snapshot-ish. Focusing in more and making the the sign the major focus could have improved this enormously.
