Yeah, probably not my best shot of 2005 but I've only had my 350 for a few weeks and the rest of my 2005 shots are backed up on hard drive I can't access so I've gone with my best shot with my new camera!!!!!

Personally I would have preferred nearly all of the sky cropped out in this photograph, as I believe it adds little. Just my personal opinion, though.

Seemed really out of focus. Compositionally, you split the image in half, and that would have been okay if the sky was more dramatic, but when you have a relatively bland sky, it is better to take most of it out.

Scene with a lot of potential, even on what looks like a dull day. In this case, it would have been better to exclude more of the sky and concentrate on the shapes of the land. Also, tripod is very important on days like this one. Your photo suffers from blur. Colour should be tiny bit boosted as well to compensate for the dullness due to the weather. You could have made it more moody.

Lovely reflections, would crop the sky though...only MO

A peaceful landscape, with a nice reflection...

The image is a little out of focus and there isnt much color. Seems that it is alittle over exposed. PS work may improve the color but the focus issue is the main concern. Beautiful area.

Love the contrast in this shot. The simple composition is pefect. Well done. 8

I like that this was shot in portrait position vs. landscape. On the down side the sky is too gray, and the colors too muted. Focus is a bit soft also.

9 from me...good luck!

Whole shot seems to lack clarity, either due to poor image quality or lack of good focus. I like the lower half of the shot but the sky is just horrible and due to that and the poor image quality I gave this a pretty low score. Like the composition though.

Great composition but shame light rather flat and focus a bit off

Looks out of focus, would be better if the dividing line between land and sky were not so centered.

This shot has a lot of potential, but a couple of things keep it from achieving it (IMO). Those are mainly that it doesn't look 100% focused to me (or, if you didn't apply this, use unsharp mask after resizing, that may have been all it takes), and there's too much sky that is not adding to the image since it's a pretty even color. Maybe crop some of it? I do like the placement of the house in the image, and the hilly landscape with the lines of trees are very interesting, too.

To me, the colours here seem very flat, so I would have boosted the contrast a lot and/or used levels to darken it. I think it also needs USM at a small radius, maybe 120/0.4/0 as the settings?
