I'm no expert on post-editing techniques, so I'm not going to attempt to tell you how to do it... but, I feel like this image needs less sharpening in the forground (the granularity of the snow/ice is almost distracting), and the lighthouse needs to be brought out more (maybe more DOF and use of curves). Nice composition

Just a little more DOF so the lighthouse was in focus and this would scream "perfect"...

I really like the desolate surreal effect. Perhaps something noticeable in the foreground would make the photo even more eyecatching.

nice job, is that a light house in the bg?? my eye moves to it. If so, it should have a better representation of a light house, if not, then distracting.Great texture, great dof, color good, light good, b&w good, comp intersesting, overall a good piece
