| Whether or not it was actually hot doesn't matter. This gives the illusion of blistering heat haze. Nice idea and there's enough detail to make it work. [7] |

| Does it make me think of temperature? It's not really the first thing that comes to mind, but I can see the link to the challenge. Cool distortion to play around with, I think cropping some of the rather dark area at the bottom would improve your picture, plus a little sharper focus. |
