::: Greetings from Critique Club :::
Hi, as requested, here is an indepth critique of your submission.
First Impression - the most important one:
One of my favorite images in this challenge. Quite frankly, I expected a higher score from it.
Composition:
Love it, nice use of negative space fill with streaks of color.
Subject:
Subject is strong and contrasts well against the blurred streaks of other is the background and by the use of lighting on the gril. Great use of shutter speed.
Technical (Colour, focus, and light):
Technicals are good. Focus is sharp on your subject, color is very strong and lighting is wonderful.
To grow its vote?:
Beg, plead, cheat, steel? I honestly can't see why it didn't score higher. Perhaps the voters were looking for bigger crowds with the feel of some of the "famous" street photogs.
Summary:
Awesome work, I'm in love with this photo.
Hope to see more from you soon,
Leroy |

She's singled out, alright. :) I am not sure I like the motion blurs in this shot: I don't think they were intentional. |

a skater-girl would imply one who skateboards/skates aggressively... and that t-shirt bugs me, not that you chose it - if someone loves their attitude problem, they don't have one. |

Not sure if this is shallow DOF or motion, and really don't care ... this is a great capture. |
