I can honestly say I love this shot, because the voting record shows that I gave it a 9. Beautiful exposure, lighting, contrast, focus and composition. Just gorgeous.

Thanks to all those who commented--with so many entries it took a real effort to comment. This is one of my favorite shots. It's a little grainy because of the tight cropping. But I like the grain effect as it reminds me of shotting with film! Very limited post processing was needed--great existing background.

very crisp and nice but a little grainy in the shadows. You could have used despeckle on the shadows only feel free to PM me if you need more info. the lines, color and composition are beautuful 9 from me :0)

oh nice looks like national geo. really great. i like the grain/noise also makes it look like its printed on 1 of the old school mags. back when they only shot film. really nice

Very nice capture. After the challenge you might try playing with curves or a warming filter to see if you can add a bit more morning feel to the light. It looks like its there, but not strongly.
