This has gone beyonf photo and into the realm of digital art. While there is nothing wrong with that in the right venue, I don't feel this is the right venue. JMO.

If this qualifies under the editing rules, then good job - I have no idea how you did this. However, this seems more like digital art than a photograph to me.
