I like the composition with the leading lines, and the levels are nicely balanced here too. Just nothing really in the shot that holds my interest a lot. |

AHHHHHH WATCH OUT BEHIND HER!!!! No, just kidding...sorry. Like the the negative space for her to move into. Like how she matches the bike. Cool perspective. |

Pictures where you can't see the faces of people need something very special to make the work and perhaps even more than that to make them stand out. While there certainly is nothing wrong technically with this picture, I can't help but want to see the joy on the face of the girl when riding her new pink wonderbike! All this imo, obviously. Good luck! |

The only thing I can say about this photo is that it scares the heck out of me to see a child riding a bike on a road.. even a quiet country one :/ |

I think a little motion blur would have helped this, especially taking the title into consideration. This appears rather static to me. I'm torn regarding the composition. Part of me likes the expanse of open road ahead of her but part of me wants that motion blur with her leaving the road behind her. The difference is emotional. In this composition, the smallness of her bike, the expanse of open road before her, and the frozen capture of the action, she appears hesitant. The wind blowing her hair is barely discernable and isn't working hard to convey a sense of motion. If you had waitied until she was further away and used a slower shutter speed to create some blur this would (possibly) have created more of a mood of freedom and the idea that she is 'riding like the wind'. This mood seems more appropriate for a portrait of childhood. |

for me, this is borderline between a boring snapshot and the start of something good. compositionally, it's good, but there's something missing that keeps me from going 'wow'. but hey, that's just my opinion; as long as you love it, that's what matters. |

Another title for this could be DANGEROUS! ;) Cute photo. Good amount of detail captured. |

I love the mood of this photo. The only thing that would make it great I beleive is if the top of the bridge was included. raising the camera to get the top would also clip out the very annoying lower right corner. It would have gotten 2 more full points then. Great work though. |
