 Filet Migon cooked midum well on top of herb butter (Grilled 10 minutes on low then filped for 10 more minutes on low) Potatos, carrots and parsley in back ground, steak is sitting on top of herb butter, add a littel salt and pepper and there is nothing better.

Post - raw adjustents, crop USM and save for web.

Bon....

I have not had filet mignon in some time, this photo makes me very hungry for it. Great color, and veggies in the back flow well.

what about all those DPC'ers who are vegitarians? not me - just wondering if you got any other comments on that LOL - looks great - our favorite - looks medium rare - just how we like it - nice hint of potatoes and carrots in the background - good job :)

Good arrangement and DOF. Composed well. Parsley is nicely placed to give the meat color and appeal. Potatoes and carrots make a great background.

Tender, yes, but not the best flavor. There looks like congealed fat where the steak is resting and some of the garnish is wilted.
