Recipe for one cup of hot chocolate:

As you can see, the chocolate comes in a rount tablet. Cut the tablet into quarters. For one cup of chocolate, put about 1/4 cup of milk and 1/4 of a tablet into a small pan or in a microwavable container. Heat, but do not boil. Stir until the chocolate melts. Add rest of milk and heat to desired temperature. Beat until frothy.

The Mexicans have a special implement, a "molinillo" that they use for this purpose. It's made of wood, and many of them are beautifully carved. I used to have one, but it got lost in a move.

Lighting is good and the black backgound works exceptionally well for the light colored parts of the image. Some people may have difficulty recognizing the chocolate pieces at first and be confused. The image is not quite level and should be corected.

Wow, Wonderful picture, Very sharp and focused. The colors are great! Now I need to go to the store to get some. The only improvement I can see is to straighten the horizon just a tad. Nicely done.

The box looks great. the milk is less appealing. the chocolate looks pretty good, but sitting on the black suface hurts their look a bit

I'm a sucker for chocolate and milk. This I gave a 7. I'll try to justify why. Using the black back drop was a great idea, but I thought it back fired a bit when it came to showing the contrast in the chocolate itself. In fact, for me, the chocolate almost blended in with the back drop. The lighting is pretty good and so is the composition. I'm personally attracted to colours and contrast. So that's where you lost a lot of points (when the chocolate wasn't as presentable). Perhaps if you placed the chocolate on a small matt ceramic plate to bring out it's colour it would have worked better. Overall though, I'd say this is definitely an above average shot.
