Did you read my description? I was in a moving car going along a uneven road. The distorted image comp is what i was after.

If I wanted to capture the detail of the buildings in the background, I would of stopped the car and yes used a tripod.

This shot is a great depiction of a "night on the town". I like the fast paced action feel that you get with the motion blur. Beautiful colour tones as well. I'd have liked the image a bit bigger though. Hope this does well. Good luck!

If you say so. I would have preferred to have some distinguishing Landmark remain unblurred.

Pretty good. This is one of the better ones (of this type). But, it's a little small. Even at this size I can see a little pixelation in the sky... Try using NeatImage on it maybe to remove that?
