 Mostly straight from the camera.

Lighting was done by slaving a 550EX with umbrella on the left, close to the fruit to even out the light. Then a bare 420EX on the right to give highlights. And I pointed my on-camera 580EX away from the fruit and used it simply to trigger the two slaves.

Post processing was fairly simple. I converted using RawShooter Premium. Clone out a little bit of dirt. Then only a small adjustment of levels and saturation followed by Local Contrast USM. Resize and add border.

A very nice composition with good detail. A little less sharpenning would have been more convincing. You are just a tad over so it is still alright to please.

Nice still-life. I like the shapes and colors here against the background you've chosen. IMHO the lighting seems a tad on the harsh side. The reflections and dome overexposed details seem to detract to me. Just my humble opinion, nice shot nonetheless

Great fruit, nice to see you prepared them. DOF is perfect too ... not sooo sure about the sticker. Being centred bugs me just a little, I'd love to see it with some additional white neutral space and the basket on a thirds intersection.

Should have peeled the sticker, or turned the orange over. It detracts from the image, imo. Top lemon is kind of dirty, too. Nice selection of fruits, good lighting. Back apple seems a bit out of focus, my eye keeps getting drawn over there to find the problem.
