Wow, great color saturation here. So vivid on the monitor I'm viewing this on.

Great color choices... Most people associate primary colors like blue, red and yellow with color bursts. Image quality is generally good but the DOF may be a bit too shallow. A couple silver balls on the bottom and right look slightly out of focus. Taking at a narrower f/stop would fix that. The star is not quite "level" and should be straightened much like a horizon would be straightened.

I don't think the boarder adds to shot. I wonder if it would have more pop if the back ground was black or white instead of red.

Fun! Nothing better than retasking toys as models. Can't say I like the border much though. But I'm going to overlook that. Nice shot.

this needs to have a little more cropped off top so that it is symmetrical

Wow! (donning my sunglasses) Now THAT is a burst of color! No doubt. Personally I'm not crazy about the purple in the border since it doesn't appear in the photo, but cool image (and object). A bit more overall sharpness and I would have scored this higher. 7

Putting this on a red background doesn't really "offset" the object from its surroundings. would have been better on a black or white background in the context of this challenge... that's my interpretation anyway.

I find the borders distracting, especially since it is the only orange and purple. I also think the focus could have been sharper.

This would have been more dramatic on a light colored background.

We seem to have started a trend with all these magnetix shots.
