 Similar to "Rocking prism halogram" only an opaque projector was used for the the color and the beam.

let me explain for those new to photography:

We are projecting against a white poster board. We cover this area with a black cloth while we expose the face. We put the lights out and lift the the cloth for remainder of exposure. If you do it without the black cloth then there will be no balance between head and rainbow colors.

Prisms is something I like to experiment with, didn't recognize you in this one Dan! Nicely executed although the model WAS a little blurred, maybe the 6 sec shutter speed had something to do with that..

Nicely done. Lighting is just enough to illuminate the face which forces the eye to be drawn to the burst of colour above. A ribbon pick for me. 10

Very creative. Love the Pink Floyd reference. I would have liked a different lighting to enhance the colors that seems a bit washed out.

Very unusual idea - I am curious to know how you acheived these waves of color. The composition is a bit loose - the chin being cropped and that slightly distracting black triangle in the bottom right corner and something hazy in the bottom left. Imaginative and colorful nonetheless.
