| Your background is distracting and the flash burst and glare draws the eyes away from the subject which I wish were in focus. I like the way the light captures the texture of your hair - there's on good piece for the challenge. Setting a table lamp without its shade behind yourself and the camera on a tripod or table in fron of you would be a better start. A dark background, or at least a uniform one would emphasize the subject better. |

| He is a bit out of focus and the flash is very distracting however the girls at work say you should have illuminated him from behind and you would have got 10s for sure :) |
