 That is the actual name of the location in Ocean Beach CA for this shot. I did a slight rotation to straighten the horizon with crop and then just did an auto adjust for Levels and increased saturation. It looks even better in full size.

The composition shows promise, but then it seems to lack a subject, and the people on the left are just disctracting.
