| I like his bright colors, especially around the eyes and hat. The blurred and busy background is somewhat distracting to me, but fun image. |

| Very good subject. Has a high interest factor. Good use of dof. Nice color management. I have nothing against borders, I think the right border can really enhance the presentation of many images, but in this case, I find the blue of the border keeps grabbing my eye and taking the attention away from the image itself. Perhaps a more neutral color could work better? |

| A good candid of a colorful individual. Love the colors and the costume especially his smiling poise here. It makes me wonder what he sees that he is smiling - not only that but with the poise of his hands makes me think that he may be a magician of sorts (nothing up my sleeve). My only critique on this photo is that I think you could have easily zoomed in on the subject more or a closer crop for the real star of the photo is this costumed character. Too much background can draw our focus away from the main subject. |

Looks like a Ren Faire. ;-)
Nice capture - sharp subject, good colors, and shallow DoF. The lighting seems a little harsh on his hand. |
