 I found this recipe on cookingclub.com and I must say that these muffins are great. After I took my pictures my family consumed them in less than 15 minutes and begged me to make more
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1 1/2 cup blueberries
sugar
1. Heat oven to 400 F. Spray muffin cups with ninstick cooking spray. In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.
2. In medium bowl, beat egg, milk and butter. Add to flour mixture; stir just until combined. Fold in blueberries. Pour batter into muffin cups.
3. Bake 25 minuter or until tops are browned. During last ten minutes of baking, sprinkle with sugar. Remove from pan; cool slightly on wire rack.
Makes 12 muffins. (That is what the recipe says, I made 9 muffins.)
For editing, I just cropped and resized.

The purpose of a good foods shot is to make the subject look delicious.. this closeup achieves that goal. The lighting is perfect and the general technical quality is superb. Mmmmm... looks good! Though not necessarily in razor sharp focus I'd prefer to see the foreground muffin be in a little sharper focus than it is, but that might not bother most voters.
