Really nice eye photo, like the focus and the fact that both the eye and lashes are in perfect focus.

| It a shame that this is composed centrally because it already has significant impact. I like it but am not sure if I like the over post processing or not. It's a remarkable macro nevertheless |

| Don't know if it would have been possible but greater DOF would have helped a touch. The out of focus section of eyelash is a little distracting but not too much. Also a tighter crop would help the composition. On the good side I love the detail in the eye and the soft blur and high key of the surronding skin. Holding enough color in the skin to seperate it from the white part of the eye(name escapes me) and the surronding white seems difficult but you pulled it off nicely. I can't get over that iris. Voted nine but with a tighter crop this would easily be a 10 for me. |
