 Photographed in late afternoon available light, this young Cooper's Hawk did not seem to mind being photographed from a distance of about 20 feet. I suspect he is waiting for one of the sparrows in a nearby Pyrocantha Bush to stray into the open. I considered cropping above the fenceline but that would have excluded part of the lovely flight feathers.
Image cropped and resized. Background selectively darkened. Brightness and contrast adjusted. USM applied (large radius, low intensity). Frame applied using 'Edit>Stroke'.
This is the same bird, different photo, that I entered in the "username" challenge.

very crisp and sharp - I like that in an image. The color tones are also very nice. The crop however seems a little too tight.

We have one that visits our yard regularly to take out a sparrow or two from the feeders. I would love to capture him as well as you did here. BOL While I know you catch as catch can, I wish he were on a limb instead of the fence.
