this could fulfill the challenge in one of two ways: the shapes of the face's contour around the eye, or the implied shape of the eyeball. The narrow depth of field works against both of those scenarios, though it creates its own interesting effects. |

This is a classic macro shot. I do wish the top of his eye and upper lashes weren't cut off, though. Good reflection in the eye, and nice lighting. |

I think the picture would've been better without the reflection of the camera in the eye. So next time maybe a little more distance compensated by a higher focal length? |

I like this idea.. though the camera lens in the eye is noticeable. |
