| The picture is "alive" with action and well composed. I like the heavy solid squareness of the truck in contrast to the light airy billowing of the smoke. |

| Good work, capturing some real life action - maybe could have provided the shot to a newspaper or something. Composition is good and the smoke makes a great interesting background. A more witty title might have worked - the truck looks like it belongs to a cooking company, based on the chef's hat. Maybe something like "Bertrands new flame-grilled range of foods" or "Bertrands cancels 'Cook-while-delivering' strategy"? |

| A phenomenal photograph, but it doesn't really represent "city life" (I'm sure that both firefighters and fires exist the all over rural towns). That said, the fact that it's a delivery truck that's on fire, does help. Photograph, per se: "10"; fitting the challenge: "5"; TOTAL: "7." |

Good capturing of an event that certainly occurs in a city on a fairly regular basis. Good exposure for what could be a difficult situation.

| Well, the only link to the challenge here seems to be in the title...otherwise I would not have any idea that the picture is supposed to depict city life...I never like it, the link to the challenge should be obvious from the picture even if there is no title...sorry (4) |
