There is no snow and its actually warm here in buffalo. I love nightscapes so it was great to get out and do some stuff without freezing. I didnt use a star filter the aperture at f/16 and up will give lights that effect when taken at 1/15th of a sec and longer

Good use of timed exposure. I would perhaps have de-centred city hall ... maybe losing the pole on the left

I have a pretty good idea who's photo this is. Well done, as always!

The deep blue sky works wonderfully - this shot has great colour from the red/orange road to the yellow (attention grabbing) building to the blue sky. It's a shame about the traffic lights and poles though - they kind of cut right through the building. I wonder if you could have recomposed slightly to fix this - maybe not though.

Very nice, Love the gradual change of colors in the sky.

Composition is ok. The choice of subject matter is ok. The image quality is a little below average.

The colors are strange, as is the composition. I think dead-center would have worked better for this shot; if not, much more off-center than you have it.

you've got the city, now where's the life?
fabulous composition and colors though
i'll give ya a five

Love the colors, contrast betwen red/blue, lighting on the building; perspective seems kind of flat and too straight-on

beauitful sky but that bright light is too distracting

ok

I like the composition and the primary colors, but don't feel the "life" asked for in the challenge.

Beautiful colors. One of my favorite buildings, ever. Try shooting from closer to the statler building (I think thats the one, two streets to the right of this spot) to dodge some the of the lights. Cool.
