| Terrific candid photograph. It captures the nice mixture of frustration and determination (or is that resignation?) that goes along with modern motherhood. Her wry expression makes this work so well. Of course, your alertness and photographic skills helped a bit, too! 7. |

Any photo that makes me laugh out loud gets a top ranking from me. This is just so true, the characters are SO expressive, it's just top notch. My only question is if the sepia actually adds anything to the picture... it might look better as a pure B&W or in color.
I think someone stole my son and put him in your picture. :) Great job! |

| Captures another side of mother/motherhood in that it's not all about loving, tender moments. The little kid on the front of the pram is a gem. Very well done. |

| Love this one, Fantastic capture of REAL life!! The only thing missing is the backpack. Love her expression and how she is moving into the picture, really adds some strength with the sepia tones. Nicely done. |

| Aw, this would have scored very high if it were sharper. I still like it enough to give it a 6. That kid in the stroller is priceless and this looks like quintessential "motherhood". I like the sepia too. Maybe a slightly more centered crop... |

| best shot so far. I love the sponteneity fo the shot that really shows what mums of today have to juggle. the little boy in the front...his pose is priceless! Perhaps a good ides would be to straighten up the picture a little, the background looks off line to me. Nice DOF. |

| I know it's a candid, but I think I'd like it better if the mother's face was in focus. The focus on the boy is sharp, and he's cute, but with the subject of 'motherhood' I think focus on the mom would have been preferable. (I totally remember those days.) |
