I was in a hurry entering this -- it was after the site had gone down and I didn't know how long they'd leave the challenge open to entries -- so I didn't note how I made the image. It's simple, really. Filters for the NIkon Coolpix are 77mm and attach to a lens hood which encloses the lens as it zooms in or out. This is a wide-angle image of a handful of marbles arranged on the lens hood with the camera on its back on the tripod, and a light-saber battle (yes really) going on above the camera. Eight-second exposure, and voila.

Nicely composed, there would be a lot more impact if the lighting and/or contrast were better, looks like there is a lot of color to be had but it does not jump out of the image.
