i was sure i had commented on this in the challenge... i know i voted on it as i see a red line in the 7 section...
i too thought this would've finished a hell of a lot higher.. me thinks the folks round here don't play fair half the time... :\\\\\

| I think this one probably suffered from "I'm sick of stare_at_the_sun entries!" LOL Most were pretty good. I gave this a 5 partly cuz I was sick of, well you know, and partly because it was a little busy at the bottom. :) |

| For me, rather than the sun being a focal point, my eyes keep getting drawn back towards the people and the foreground as I find those areas of your photo more visually interesting. |

| Beautiful colors....It's hard to take pics directly into the sun, I think you did a great job here. Great composition also...the only thing I would've liked to see different is for the bike rack to be gone, but I think that is jsut a minor detail. Great picture overall. |
