From the Critique Club
I think the lighting is very harsh causing it very hard to make out your subject without the title. The photograph is very busy in the foreground and background which takes away from the subject as well. It looks more like a quick setup for the challenge which we all are guilty of from time to time.
I do feel this could of been a good shot with a little more setup time and shots to get the best lighting and other elements around the subject.
Keep shooting, you are on track and I wish you the best in challenge to come.

Doesn't fit into challenge topic as no fear is shown |

Keep it simple! I like this one a lot. The frowning is very powerful. I would have loved to see it standing rather than leaning. |

Wow. i can't even tell it's Snoopy if you haven't said it. The white cloth in the foreground destroyed the spooky effect. Very haphazard composition. |

Excellent use of lighting. A great example of how to take something most would not fear and show the phobia side of it. I think I might not have had him completely centered, and might have tried a few more shots to get him a bit more focused. Overall though, a great job meeting the challenge! |

I have trouble watching movies where dolls come alive ("Chucky" is the worst case) because I do find them menacing. However all these dolls when they are "alive" have weapons and their faces turn "evil". Alas, nothing like that is happening here, and this just looks like a snoopy doll photographed with bad lighting and focus.
