I've never seen a sign like that before. I like the "texture" of this shot and the low light/dark coloring.

the thick border fights with the sign's border. i think the sign is nice, but maybe would work better if you see a car or some object zooming by to capture the idea more.

i think this is a great representation of speed! it makes me think of speed traps and cops writing tickets...eeek! great title, too! good work!

No matter what anyone says, I think photos like this convey "speed" as well as those with movement.

Meets the challenge, but I have to be honest in saying that it doesn't strike me as being a compelling shot.
