What is the purpose of the brown blot in the centre and how did it get there? |

Hmm, even the "in focus" bits look hazy to me... I'm not sure if that's something that happened in post-processing, or what... It does leave me longing for crispness, though, somewhere. The composition is fairly nice. |

2 - Toning likely works, and this shot seems to have potential as far as I can discern but difficult because - Criticism; there doesn't seem to be any detail/focus on any point, especially the fore leaf/sepal or bud, which in my opinion, should 'at least' be in focus, even if 'soft', but this doesn't appear to even be in focus and 'softened'. |

There is such a thing as too little Depth of Field. This is one such case. |

Very ethereal shot. Words that come to mind: fragile, ghost-like, delicate. Has a timeless feel to it. Only complaint I have is that the corners seem a little _too_ white, like they don't quite blend in with the center of the pic. |
