Greetings from the CC. Wow an oppurtunity to Critique a great photo. The photo has true emotion to it. I can almost feel the fear of the chair. The lighting sets the mood well. And over all a well done photo as usual for you. A few things do distract me about it, but they are nitpicky. The white pieces of dirt around the floor do distract a bit. And the almost blown out part of the desk at the upper left of the photo. I think the name of the phobia in the title might have helped a bit, however the title you gave it is powerful and fits very well so its hard to say. |

Nice to see you 4 places below me Nico... ;)
A well done image though. I had thought of doing a fear of public speaking shot, but could never come up with a clever composition like this. |

Perhaps if there had been a way to show more chairs it would have added to the general effect of this picture. Nice use of lighting. |

Wots the name of the phobia? It's a nice shot, and I think it's a pretty universal fear - but I think the other chairs should be more visible (to hit home that it's a classroom). Most enjoyed, 9 |

i rather like this one. Very nice lighting and colours to begin with. The subtle implication of the chair in the foreground being turned away from the other chairs is well conceived. |

Excellent suggestive concept of your subject. I like the camera angle. |

The title meets the challenge, but the photo doesn't. Remember, you trying to achieve the following, "Photograph something in such a way that it conveys a personal phobia or fear to the viewer. Try to make the viewer feel the emotion of the fear." |

i think the image would have even more impact without the indication of the 'eyes'
but still a good rendition |

Great lighting! I wish you hadn't included the desks along the top of the frame, but the framing and colors are very strong here. |

There aren't even any eyes in the room, let alone showing fear. |

Maybe cropping out the chairs at the top would have been better. |

Amazing. The contrast of the direction of the floor and the chair is perfect. This is a wonderful picture. 10 |

This is a really good image, so I am not gonna knock you too hard for not putting the name of the phobia in the title, but... |

I like the lighting on this shot, and the very dirty (but full of attitude) wooden floor and chair. Would prefer not to see the other plastic(?) seats on top of the photo though. 9 |
