A necklace bought in London for its pretty colours, that I never wore.
I took it out from the secretary drawer where it had been lying in the dark for over a year, cleared my coffee table and brought my bedlight to it. I arranged the necklace on a sheet of white paper and shot it in manual mode, with an aperture of 2.8 and a shutter speed set at 1/100 that created a flood of light that bounced from the paper and made the stones literally glow.
I opened the jpeg in the Gimp, adjusted the curves, made a one-degree rotation, trimmed its sides clean and then saved it.
